Buy stock in Terminex and Raid. They are our friends.
We had flea infestations several years ago, father south on the West Coast.

A harrowing tale. One seeks giant wild animals at one's peril. There was the famous instance of the Giant Palouse Earthworm (
Driloleirus americanus) that even now hardened mountain men look nervously over their shoulders before relating it to the campfire listeners. Enormous, man-eating worms 50 feet long, lavender, and smelling like flowers, you could hear them calling to one another on a still night in eastern Washington and northern Idaho, "AWOOOOO!", meaning "fresh campers sighted along the Clearwater! Look for the California license plates and chow down!" That is, of course, my own rough translation.
Well, they finally tracked them down. The results were a little disappointing:
Did I mention they can shrink themselves to appear less threatening? Anyway, even now, if you find yourself lost and wandering between the Moscow Starbucks and the Pullman liquor store, make sure you keep that last bullet in your Webley-Vickers for yourself. (Creeps off, shuddering...)

Sandra Fluke makes me puke. But to make it rhyme with how she pronounces her name, she would need to make you pluck...

Be my guest. I hope some people read about how they trapped the beaver and got the flea. The beaver seemed to know they were greenies and went right into the bag LOL.

Flea on the left was removed from a beaver as mentioned in the article...Beavers have fleas? Who knew? I would think that they'd drown or seek a dryer critter to infest!
