True enough words of wisdom as usual.

If I possessed the film that Butter does I would claim myself a non-expert in frame by frame analysis and turn the film and all evidence I had over to a true professional in the field.(only after checking his credentials out with a fine tooth comb)I am simply not qualified enough to make any judgment on what may or may not appear in a frame to frame analysis.

That being said I would not be able to sleep until the results were in because where there is smoke.....

IN addition its almost naive to think that coincidence rules the day one more time with this regime. Nine people aboard a small plane and the only one to die is the one who had intimate knowledge of zeros BC,hard for me to swallow.

From the very beginning of when I started making public my findings on ANY of the Obama eligibility stuff, I wanted to hand the evidence over to somebody who could and would do something about it. I was just trying to be this little Who in Who-ville saying “yop”, in the hopes that somebody big enough to do something would hear the need and respond.

Those in law enforcement who are big enough to do something about it - the feds - are run by Eric Holder. Those in the media who are big enough to do something about it are the ones editing and pixelating in order to cover up the truth.

When the kings are all drunk with the power of the ring, the only ones left to fight it are the little hobbits. And that’s what I am.

Show me where Gandalf and Aragorn are, and I will happily hand ALL my stuff over to them.

RC, you are correct that the Constitution gave more responsibilities to the central government. The states were more like their own countries, with their own currency, roads, etc and the nation learned that some things need to be centralized, for practicality. So the centralized government was authorized to handle those things.

But the Founders still wanted to be very careful not to put too much power into the hands of any one entity, because absolute power corrupts.

That’s why the Constitution enumerated the powers it was giving the centralized government and said it could not go beyond those bounds.

That’s why it said that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, which cannot be changed on a whim by any entity but requires a difficult process to amend. That was to keep the voters themselves from having unchecked power. Constitutional governance is a check on absolute power by sheer democracy.

That’s why it divided the duties of the centralized government into 3 branches, each independent of each other.

That’s why it put in checks and balances to each of the branches of government.

That’s why it immediately had the Bill of Rights to prevent government abuses of the people and to establish the principles of liberty - freedom of press, association, self-defense,religion, and the means to get redress for grievances without resorting to revolution, as well as the privacy of one’s personal effects and the right to a fair trial.

All along, the idea was to have somebody or something who - in very real terms - was in a position to put a stop to corruption when, not if, it arose. If any of those checks and balances refuse to function, it makes room for those who don’t want liberty and justice but instead want to gain an advantage over others, want to destroy this or that opposing group, or seek to do crimes and create anarchy.

When GW Bush was in the White House, the opposition wanted the government to work like it’s supposed to, to limit powers. When Obama is in the White House, the opposition wants the governemtn to work like it’s supposed to, to limit powers. It’s SO much like the Shiite-Sunni divide in Iraq. The progress that was made there was after too many Sunnis died at the hands of Shiites looking out only for themselves while fellow Shiites looked on, and vice versa. The Anbar Awakening was the realization that government needed to be NEUTRAL and committed to JUSTICE.

America needs an Anbar Awakening.

‘Well what is going to happen to those people that we can’t reeducate - that are die hard capitalist?’ And the reply was that they’d have to be eliminated.

Marxists and radical muslims are really good at killing people, but not much else.

Satan's warriors, all.

Western civilization has become their playground and soon yet another one of their killing fields.

Had we only followed the rules and definitions we were given, instead of watering them down like spoiled children to suit our ever changing moods, we could have avoided this insane path to our destruction.

Of all we have to choose from, we've picked the wrong sort of history to repeat, imho.

He’s apparently honest once in a while, usually off camera while bragging about himself or something else he’s proud of.

It was Alito who shook his head and said, “Not true,” during the SOTU. He was sitting, not standing.

Not what I was getting at.

If you truly have evidence of shenanigans re the plane crash and Fuddy's funeral, I would think that Zullo would jump at the chance to commit resources to help you investigate this issue. After all, he was the one who got an expert to look at the PDF file of Obama's birth certificate, wasn't he? Maybe he could get a video expert to work with you.

What AZ crime would Zullo be investigating? And what would be the use of investigating it, when depositions and records could not be compelled?

Hawaii is sitting on the golden egg and they’re not going to budge.

I thought Zullo was going to take his information to members of Congress. I didn’t realize he was still thinking of putting forward an Arizona case. And if he is looking at involving Congress, then I think he would want as much relevant information as is possible. If Fuddy’s death is tied to the birth certificate, I would think that would add weight to the evidence he is assembling.
