I am certain that people (probably less than 20) in the US government know exactly where the plane is, either on the ground or below the water. But, to share that information would tip our hand on the capabilities of the systems in place. This is a shame for the families involved, but this is just the way that things are. Totally agree, but this is the same RAT govt that give away troop movements before they will happen. Makes no sense.
