We’ll have to wait till Mar 19 to know for sure, but it sounds like they have it. Somebody said why flaunt it, too much can happen. Not if what they have is sufficiently secured. Sheriff Joe has been around the block enough times to have the evidence stored out of harm’s way. Nothing to be gained by harming anyone if the evidence remains untouched.

I rather doubt that. No vital records office is ever going to hand out an original birth certificate. And, unlike hidden paintings from art masters, birth certificates aren't the sort of thing one stumbles upon at a yard sale.
There are three basic sources for such a certificate: 1) the State of Hawaii; 2) some other U.S. State; and 3) some foreign nation. Hawaii isn't now going to offer Zullo this after he's complained how they've stonewalled him in the past. A certificate from another State (if somehow genuine) would merely confirm that Obama is Presidential eligible. (Hardly 'universe shattering'). And purported foreign birth certificate coming 5 years into this controversy would be immediately suspect (Lucas Smith, anyone?)

Based on CCP history, my guess is that between now and mid-March, the CCP will indicate that a "Super Secret VIP" is advising them that the moment is not yet opportune, that it's vitally important to get all the players lined up, that they have but "one chance" to make this all happen, etc., etc. And July or so will become the new 'target date.'
