The Framers didn't add in "but this doesn't apply if certain persons express doubt about State X's records."

If you're going to be a defender of the Constitution, then you have to uphold it all its parts, and not disregard a provision when for expediency it doesn't suit your arguments.

No Crook, it's not about the US Constitution in this instance. It's about Hawaiian officials using legalize and parsing to cover their butts. We see Onaka did not use the same language that are on genuine HI long form birth certificate. Hawaii had no real trust in the information they put forth that it is truthful.
