S.o.S. Bennett attached a copy of the WHLFBC, and Onaka verified that the information on Bennett's copy matched the information on the Hawaiian original. That would include the physician information. The 12 enumerated items in Onaka's verification respond only to those items expressly listed by Bennett in his request.
In any event, the physician tidbit is irrelevant to the eligibility question.
Then why not provide a BC to Bennett? Why delay for months? Why consult with attorneys before producing a cleverly worded “verification letter”?
