Real music. Just Eddie in the original version is even better.

Wow! Great video! Back before the days of special effects when what you saw on the screen was real.

Loved the vocals too. Nothing like a cowgirl a singing a C&W song.

Speaking of cowgirls, here is a video/slide show with some gorgeous modern cowgirls from Idaho gracing the screen. The photos are high resolution so put it on full screen for best viewing.

John Wayne always said “Red River” was the best movie he was in.

He also used the red river brand as his own brand. In addition to using it on his ranch he also had the red river “D” on the belt buckle he often wore.

I like to do cattle calls whilst stuck in a crowd headed for the exit.

When I was growing up our closest neighbor was around a half mile away. They were really fine neighbors and they ran a dairy.

Late in the afternoons I would always hear them calling their cattle. Even from a half mile it was fairly clear.

This goes back to Leeanns earliest days.

Back when she was good.

I used to listen to her stuff all the time, before she went all Hollywood.

I still like the stuff before Twisted Angel.

Grandfather used to call his cattle by honking the horn on his pickup. :)

I prefer the Judas goat (they usually don't slaughter them)

Ours would just come when they saw the truck.
