I'm curious. Aren't there prescription drugs that have marijuana's active ingredient? What is it, THC? Or something? That's entirely different from the whole medical pot store concept.

Is that still a disqualifier? I'm assuming this would be a drug approved by the FDA, therefore federally legal. Part 'e' of the 4473 says, "Are you an unlawful user of ..?"

If there is such a drug, then it's federally legal therefore, the user/patient can still truthfully answer question 'e', "no."

Those prescription drugs have been approved by the FDA, so no they would not be disqualifying, but you'd fail a pee test.
