There was never any sort of a stone age amongst the people of Genesis.

Yeah, because they were teleported onto Earth and didn't have to undergo the caveman / flint tool phase.

And they were created as mature, child bearing capable adults ...

Ohhh .. I don't know ... maybe around 30 .. 33 ... something like that.

Standard science dates the bronze age and the first human use of metals from a time roughly ballpark for Genesis. The sons of Adam and Eve never used stone tools; Cro Magnon descendants went on using stone tools and weapons until forced out of it by neighbors. Aztecs were using stone weapona against the Spanish and the words for a knife, an axe, or anything else which cuts, in Basque language, are derived from the word for a stone.
