Who knows why people do what they do? But unless you're saying that Obama controls the Iowa state police investigators, and there seem to be a lot of people on this thread who would believe that he does, then I'm not seeing the deep, dark conspiracy.
He wouldn’t have to control the iowa state police. Just some guy at the craps table with fake chips. Or the girl at the window giving them out.
Nope, I’m not saying Iowa had anything to do with it other than Horseshoe Casino reporting it.
Perhaps they had some encouragement to not charge him and let him be demoted instead.
