If I could figure out how to post screenshots from my phone I would. However, shortly after today's Boston Marathon bombing a friend posted an interesting page he found on Facebook titled: To All Those Injured In The Boston Marathon Explosions.
The Join Facebook date for that page was April 13, 2013.
I took two screen shots from my phone just in case the page got scrubbed. It did. I'm told the average Joe user cannot manipulate dates like that.
I can make a page right now that appears it was made in 2008. It is a common way to troll facebook when event like this happens. At that, stuff like this happens almost every time.

View your image at imageshack, on the right choose links to share image. then use <'a href="(paste link in here)"><'/a> without the two ' (apostrophes).
Because of the date and people posting on their page about it most likely.
Someone who joined FB Saturday posted today (17 minutes before you captured it). I don’t see anything suspicious about that.
Don’t tweet either. At this point anything is possible. It could also be possible that the person heard the explosions and ran to the roof to see what had happened.
You can change the name of your page. Apparently that’s just what happened here.
Chris Matthews of MSNBC and Peter Bergen of CNN have already made claims that “Right Wing Terrorists” may be behind the bombing.
But we all know that #OWS terrorists have already committed terrorist acts.
I get that ...but explain why the page went down. If someone is running a sympathy page why wouldn’t you let the thing run it’s course?
Please make sure you forward this to the FBI and Alex Jones.
Send the photo from the iphone to an email address. Log on to a regular computer, copy the attachment to the computer. The rest is easy.
Or plug in the cable to the iphone. You can then see the files on the iphone. Copying files to the computer is a trivial operation.

I think the problem is that the facebook page is titled: Thoughts Go out To All Involved In The Boston Explosions. That facebook page was made Saturday.
The title changes according to your “status”, which is your latest post. So... that doesn’t mean anything either.
Comments on the page say it was a page for something else on Saturday and renamed today...
That’s not the page. There is a “period” at the end of the page that he’s talking about. Take a look again.
You can change the name of the page. That’s what happened. The page was created before the event, and when the event happened, the guy changed the name of the page to get a bunch of “likes” for the page ... LOL ...
A lot of buildings have roof access and have spots on top for people to just “hang out”. I saw some of them (with chairs and tables and fenced off areas) in the aerial views of the scene.
