Accidents happen - if a Hindu accidentally eats meat, or a Jew or Muslim accidentally eats pork or shellfish or a Catholic accidentally eats meat on Friday, I'm sure their respective gods will understand.
In any event I'm pretty sure vegetarianism isn't mandatory for Hindus anyway.

It is for serious Hindus. The only meat allowed is under very, very strict conditions that are too complicated to explain now. Christians aren’t supposed to have sex outside of marriage, kill babies in the womb or be homosexuals or approve of the homo agenda, but how many “Christians” do these things?
