Geeezzz......... couldn’t they just have some first graders do a class project, and make a big paper mache rock? Think of the carbon offsets required to truck an object that heavy all around.

“”I came a long way to touch this thing, and it felt very impersonal — I expected more intimacy from this rock,” said M.M. Green, who later used his keys to slash an opening in the plastic wrap. After poking his fingers through the hole, Green smiled. “I’m having chills, if that means anything,” he said. “I’m going back for seconds.””

Speechless...

"When the transport truck broke down for 30 minutes, onlookers jumped at the chance to touch the rock, pressing palms to its protective plastic wrap."

Hmmmmm....sounds familiar....

Ummmmm... apparently it is “art” : |

All that time and money, for people who have never considered transporting themselves outside of the city limits, shakes head.

Dear Lord, give us strength.

I don’t suppose he has ever heard the term , “stone-cold’. It is amazing that this guy can function in any sort of society, if he expects intimacy from a stone.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
