Well then by all means,,GO HELP!! Or, did you mean my kids have a moral obligation to go fight a war in Syria, to help establish another Muslim brotherhood clone? And will this “new” Syria somehow magically be a good neighbor to Israel? Syria has no strategic interests for us,, and has never shown us any goodwill.
Not one American Dollar or Life should be wasted on those ingrates.
Did Syrians mourn 9/11? Did Syrians stop the pipeline of foreign “insurgents” into Iraq, to kill American soldiers, that passed through their country?

Screw em,, we have a moral obligation to watch them wipe each other out. More air for me to breathe.

First, let me say that my son would likely participate in this action. Having said that I do concur with your sentiments - really, I do. So maybe it's just the sucker in me that has always believed the very sentiments that this guy espoused, that this great nation, that this once righteous nation stood for using it's great power and resources to aid the world and those too weak to prevent their own slaughter.

Now what do we have? A morally confused and corrupt nation that no longer views its role in the world as a liberator. That is what the Left and their media brethren have done to us.

Because we are morally weak we let the Iranian and Syrian types run IEDs and other hardware into Iraq. Why did we not crush this? Because George W. Bush was too cowed by the screaming left to advance any additional and necessary military action to prevent this from happening. Therefore, because Bush was cowed by the left brave men died needlessly and once again the left redefined what was formerly great about this country and what was once synonymous with the name "America!" -- the land of the free and the home of the brave.
