My husband and I own a heating and a/c company. What are you getting for 15 thousand? Is it a very high Seer rating and a really high efficiency furnace. We sell Carrier and the only time we have sold a system that cost anywhere near that much it was the highest SEER rating and the highest efficiency furnace on the market.
Bid is for a “carrier 3 speed gas furnace,model 58MVC080-F-1-20, 21 wide btu range 74/49/29/ cfm range 525-1470, & 5 ton inverter heat pump.” The bid also has “infinity thermostat control, pad for condenser unit, air purifier 2 filters 2000 cfm, duct cleaning, drain pvc,permit fee, breaker change out,reconnect charges, etc.” So a lot of details for disconnect, taking old units, and connecting new units.
I’m assuming if you looked on your bill/bid these items would also be included.
