That’s the prosecution’s photo shown to the jury with the deteriorated duct tape placed over the baby’s nose and mouth. Three pieces of duct tape.

Now why would anyone duct tape the nose and mouth of a drowned child (defense case)?

Did those twelve jurors even discuss this picture and its implications?

I liked this guys take from another site....’A Rogue Jury’.....pretty much my take as well. Nice to see others agree.

“Commentaries say we should not hold juries responsible because they were ‘doing their job.’..... However, a rogue jury is akin to a vigilante type of justice and usually favors the defendant–which in this case was Casey Anthony.

This jury did not do their job; they did not take the time to examine the testimonies or the presented evidence; they did not take time to review the jury instructions; they did not take time to consider Casey’s actions prior to or after the remains of little Caylee were found. They did not take into consideration Casey’s reaction when the first supposed finding of little Caylee was found (remember her sitting in the cell, smiling–she knew nothing was there) and her reaction when the remains were found oun Suburban Dr (she fainted–allegedly).

This jury did not even consider the pattern of pathological lying in order to maintain the lifestyle she wanted or the fact that she lied about her family so as to glean sympathy for herself.

No, this jury did not do its job because a rogue jury goes against the intent of the jury process.”

BTW....there’s no reason for anybody to duct tape a child face under any circumstances...unless there is foul play.
