Yeah, that's why Nagin regularly called New Orleans "Chocolate City."

But hey, not being black, I'm supposed to have absolutely no possible way to even remotely understand how this is not hypocrisy.

Being human, of course, doesn't count.

And especially, the relative political and lawsuit potentials for various parties in each case, don't count.

Remember that - it counts.
