I’ll resist the “Master-Blaster” jokes. I hear that storage
is a big problem with methane, also that it is very
corrosive. Is that true?

The methane itself is the same as natural gas. It’s the other stuff that could cause problems - since there is some carbon dioxide that is part of the digester gas, as well as water vapor, so you get carbonic acid - which is a weak acid. My project scope did not consider storage, just engine performance, with spark timing adjustments. Storage would require additional compressor, pressurized tanks, etc.
