A COLOUR home movie of assassinated US president John F. Kennedy made the night before his death has emerged nearly 48 years later.
The film shows Kennedy in Houston on the eve of his 1963 motorcade appearance at Dallas where he was shot dead.
The silent film captures the president and first lady Jacqueline at a League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) meeting at the city's Rice Hotel on the night of November 21.

His whole family is a pox on what's decent in this country (at least, what's left of it)
Haunting..
His legacy is being attacked as we read this - collective bargaining of public employees.
Well, at least it’s silent. You don’t have to listen to him address the crowd on the problems in “errr....ahhh....Cuber.”
I’d be more interested in seeing unreleased NASA footage from the moon.
“His legacy is a mainstream media fantasy.”
True, but I still would like to walk through the doors of the “Pawn Stars” store with this film. Gotta be worth a fortune.
That’s pretty cool.
The amazing thing is that technology has come such a long way since that filming. I bet the lighting was provided by one of those blinding bulbs of the past.
Gotta say, the baser instinct of profit would hit me too. But I’d also think about digitizing it, Photoshopping a couple of male hummers in it with he and Bobby and letting the hysteria fly...
Misogynist? LOL!

US Department of Education investigating Milwaukee Public Schools
Snip: The investigation, being conducted by the departments Office for Civil Rights, further calls into question the districts effectiveness at a time when several groups, including members of the business community, are pushing for educational reform that would turn over control of MPS to the Milwaukee mayors office.
What on the moon footage?
You don’t call somebody like he and Bobby passing Marylin between them like a cigarete that? It wasn’t just her. They abused women. What else would you call it?
They were hound dogs. They certainly didn’t hate women, which is what misogyny means.
“I bet the lighting was provided by one of those blinding bulbs of the past.”
I had a double-bulb rig that would pump out 500 watts of blinding light. Ah, Kodachrome!
