Didn't the last governor say that she had made sure the birth certificate was safe and secure? I understood that it had been pulled and kept separate, so it couldn't be taken by someone unauthorized. She claimed she didn't even look at it, because it was illegal for her to do so.

I think his legal team also explained to him the concept of "accessory after the fact." That if he continues to support, promote, and otherwise aide and abet the farce that is hussein obama... If/when it comes out that hussein is not legally President, the good Governor could also be charged and find himself in the cell next door to hussein, sharing the shower with him...

Note that Abercrombie rather abruptly shut up on the topic for a few days. Since then his whole tone has changed. I think there was a sudden and panic-driven meeting of the legal, political, and PR minds to come up with a strategy to extricate Abercrombie from the legal liability hole he was digging for himself.
