Porkulus accomplished two things for Hussein's masters. 1) It wasted so much money so quickly that it crippled what had been the most powerful nation on earth. 2) it caused wide-spread panic among investors and businessmen both of whom could see that the Hussein regime was determined to destroy the American economy.
