Ah, yes.
Athletes foot, being a fungus, cannot live too long under intense bombardment by high light levels.
4100 lumens aught to do the trick.
The Dwarven Miners are a tough hearrtty lot, so their toes won’t be suffering any damage due to cooking or peeling.
Of course, they could also stick their toes under ultraviolet lights for a couple minutes.

The raytector 5-2 is a full twelve watts of long and short wave UV in the one model.

But the torchlight would basically cook the arthletes foot fungus.
