It has three elements not likely to be all in one tight shot: A plain, white billboard with plain, black lettering, three large saguaro cacti, and a little Arizona flag on an inexplicable flagpole next to an interstate freeway.
Also, the cactus on the right has a different color saturation than the others and shadows at a different angle than those of the billboard.
But, as I said, it's a good one anyway. Someone should post this message on an Arizona interstate billboard!

Yeah, because I-8 doesn’t take ‘em to Los Angeles...nowhere close. It is the shortest way to Los Angeles from that point, 8 to San Diego and then North.
