I’m sure you know that Crimen Sollicitations refered ONLY to when a priest used the confessional to solicit sexual favors. So, it has no bearing on this case, which had to do with abuse at a school. So your assertion is wrong on that point.
Second, Canon Law, which trumps anything else, requires any such solicitation to be reported IMMEDIATELY. So, once again, your claim doesn’t apply, because it ain’t true.
