It will be a fun day, today!
In a couple hours, I will be on my way to Phoenix
for lunch at my favorite restaurant, P F Changs,
where I will have the Calamari, tossed with slivers of scallions,
served with pepper and sea salt, over rice crisps
and a special dipping sauce on the side.
