After having my resume up on Monster.com since early August, I was finally offered, and I accepted, a part-time Bank Teller job at which I started just after New Year's. I only wanted part-time, and I was considered entry-level, because I'd been out of the job market for 30 years, raising our four children. I'm keeping my Monster listing open, because I'm watching for possible work for our two college-aged kids, over Summer break.
One thing I did notice, was that Monster has LOTS of healthcare related jobs posted, and this is just for the Worcester area! So if someone has an Associate's Degree, at the very least, there are positions advertised all the time.
