My favorite mythical gun was Josh Randalls Mares leg which appeared to be a model 92 Winchester shortened front and back.It may have been "mythical" during the run of the series but you can buy them now.

I always knew that Solo's blaster was built off a Broomhandle mauser but I think the modern Kel-Tec PLR16 is a better version of the blaster. In fact THAT is my next gun. The PLR16 will make a nice balance for my M4.
