According to Davis, that happened with his first wife, whom he divorced sometime in the early 1940s. He moved to Hawaii in 1946. Stanley Ann Dunham, at age 13 in 1955 had just moved to Seattle

From which on can conclude that a person who looks like members of both sides of his family tree is probably actually related to both sides.
Meaning Stanly Ann and Barack Sr. really are his biological parents and he’s not adopted as the original poster speculates.

I have always wondered about the possibility that Madelyn Dunham is the actual mother...much easier to pass it off as a shotgun marriage for your teenaged daughter than to have a married woman in her late 30s/early 40s admit to being pregnant with a child that was obviously NOT from her husband. As to whether BO Sr or FMD was the father I can’t say for sure. But the fact remains that the Hawaii officials have been VERY careful in how they have phrased their responses and I believe that Bambi has leaned on them to keep the record under wraps “out of respect” for the memory of Toots.

Does Indonesia even allow adoption? Many muslum countires don’t allow adoption.
More likely they're hiding the fact the couple was never married; he was not born in Hawaii; he never renounced his Indonesian citizenship; and everything he ever got was through affirmative action.
He's not qualified to be a pit boss in Vegas, let alone President.
Of course Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. Just look at the divorce papers.

Maya was born in Jakarta. She was never anywhere near the United States, but Anna made sure to register her as a US citizen.
