Either you were never in the Navy and subjected to something under that title that would make terrorist at Gitmo chew their Korans rather then eat, or know that Chipped Beef on Toast is anathema to those who love to cook like I do.

However, if you like it, I think I can find a can of it in the back pantry where I keep the food I serve in-laws when they stay too long.

My Late Father was in the Army and He liked it and even taught my Mother, who is Japanese to cook it. She thought it was the most bizarre dish. I grew up eating it and I do like it. Thank you very much for noting my request.

I hate to tell you but occasionally I like Chipped beef on toast...LOL! My husband was a Navy man and he introduced it to me...ahem, by a rather unusual name.....LOL!
