Amazing to me that someone like this creep can commit a rape, murder again and again and yet can do a plea bargain in order to tell everything. So, he murders, rapes and then sits in the drivers seat too. It’s disgusting. He should fry!!!Promise them anything to get the information, then allow them to have fatal "accidents" in prison.
