That would drive the bureaucracy nuts.....but I think that's already happened. Hawaii Bureau of Vital Statistics, the Health Dept. and all the hospitals seem to be weary from all the interest in the BC. By weary I mean their legal departments are overtaxed wondering what their liabilities are one way or the other.
Somethings roll down hill.
