If this is for real this guy better have a huge security staff, the Chicago mob will be all over this.
I guess it’s possible. I would think this guy would be in fear for his life from Chicago Way People- and a vist it from the secret service.
Honestly though- IF someone had possession of such a thing- how in the world would they stay safe- how would the document stay safe and how/who would authenticate it..
