The funniest thing about this guy's picture is, with all his "modifications," his desperate need to be different, he is sporting those pedestrian glasses. Hilarious.
p.s. Nobody with tattoos, and nobody who is a part of that culture calls them "tats." Its like a tourist calling San Fransisco "Frisco." It is scoffed at. FWIW.
