I am pretty sure I heard that the dog had been adopted by someone else and it did not work out. Bo is six months old so it is unlikely he would have been at the breeders all that time.
They are very active dogs.

These dogs are noted for their comic behavior. From this picture where Bo is sticking out his tongue - it appears the Obama's dog has taken the chance to let people know just what he thinks of his new owners! And in the other pictures, Obama seems to display the same level of leadership qualities with Bo that he has shown as POTUS. He can't keep up!

Absolutely correct. Hussein needed the distraction from the economy, Tea Parties, etc., and this dog will fill the bill. Precious Daughter’s allergies will reappear conveniently, and then it’ll be “buh-BYE” to the pet.

Dog sure hasn't bonded with the Obamas- seems to be ignoring them all or trying to get away- not even affectionate with Malia, just wants to pull away and run
Sasha looks like she is unwilling to touch the beast
A 6 month old dog that is returned to the breeder- may NOT be the smartest or best disciplined dog! I think they got their hands full, for a bunch of novice dog owners. Michelle doesn't strike me as a patient kind of person to try to control a dog that wants nothing to do with her.
They should have gotten a younger small dog (a true puppy) the girls could cuddle and enjoy.
