I am really liking Adam lately and really disliked him in the beginning. He is just so talented, putting all the personal crap aside.

I am the same, I hated Adam in the beginning, now I look forward to him every week. I know it will be original, and awesome. Except for his ruining Johnny Cash Ring of Fire, he has done some wonderful arrangements.

I also like that he Thanks someone new each week, either the band, or like this week the arranger. That is classy, IMO, acknowledging he didn't do it all on his own.

After saying that, his private life still freaks me out. Danny is still my number one choice.

I feel the same way. He's really been growing on me since he toned down the gay. He really is amazingly talented, and I get the feeling he's a likeable guy too. I don't feel any arrogance from him, or a sense of entitlement even though he's clearly the front runner. He's only had one performance that I really hated, which was week 2 I think, the sitar thing. But when he did "Mad World" I just melted for him. I hope he doesn't decide he's a shoe-in and bring the drag queen back. Not that I've voted for him, I'm an Allison fan, but he doesn't need my vote.

Adam is amazing. While he was singing I could tell, with his acting background, that he put his heart into his performance; he was definitely singing about a personal breakup or heartbreak. Am I nutty to agree with Paula here? He made me want to cry.

He’s very talented. I could see him bring down the house in a Broadway play.
