Oh he’s evil. He took Jack’s medicine and watched him writhe on the ground!! I was shocked and mad and shocked and mad all over again. Why did they have to evil him up?
why? It’s like killing Edgar all over again! Very unnecessary. :/ But still I love the show, it’s an addiction really.

Of course not! She would have to serve at LEAST a half-term in the Senate first, and miss nearly every vote there while she runs her non-stop campaign for President. Maybe she’ll take a break one summer and go to Europe, bash America and snub the troops. Then she should be ready to become leader of the free world :-|......................................

Well Tony is the undead,,he came back from the dead so he can just appear to be evil, but not really.

I think he took the antidote to protect Jack.

But as my husband says, “Jack will throw it off”,,referrring to the deadly prion in his brain.

I truly hope not. That will be the one thing that will really put me over the edge with the writers. Tony is one of my all time favorite characters, I hated when they “killed” him off a couple of seasons ago. Couldn’t get into last season because of it.

Could the judges (especially Simon) have been more obvious abut who they're trying to "pimp" and who they're trying to get booted? I guess since I generally agree, I shouldn't complain, but they were going to praise or slam contestants the same regardless of how they sang...

That said, here's my list:

1. Kris - Clear winner of the night, in my book. He made it original -- can't say for sure it's my style, but I appreciate what he did, and by the end of the song, I was grooving along.
2. Adam - This is less an endorsement from Adam as it is a commentary on how the remaining five did. It was OK, but the screechy bits ruined it for me.
3. Danny - Stepped outside his ballad comfort zone, delivered yet another solid but unspectacular performance, and still looks like a dork up there.
4. Allison - Kind of rough, but a credible job on a night when she in particular was at a disadvantage given the theme.
5. Anoop - Once again, a very nice, pleasing voice that held absolutely no interest for me as an overall performance.
6. Matt - Lost whatever was good about this by strangling a cat for the final 5-10 seconds of the song. He's simply trying too hard, and he can't compete head-to-head with any of the other guys except maybe Anoop.
7. Lil' - Good song choice, stated well, and was her best performance in the finals. And she's still last on my card. By the mid-point of the song, she lost the pitch again, and it was just another karaoke performance from her.

Who should go: Matt and Lil'.

Would love to hear him do some contemporary Christian. He's a storyteller and needs to be telling us a story, not just singing a song.

I hope that's the genre he pursues after Idol. His voice is perfect for it and I can't really imagine him singing any other type of song, Disco night aside ;)

Most people don’t care when you disagree, as long as it’s not like, “Adam is awesome! YOU, OTOH, are an IDIOT!!!”

The thing that bothers me about Adam is that he’s not an amateur. Adam was too into professional territory for my liking.

Plus, is voice reminds me of every 80s/90s hairband singer.

Unless I've missed it, Adam has always been polite and humble to the judges and Ryan. Over the course of the show, he's made some very good decisions toward achieving his goal, IMHO, without compromise to who he 'is' as an artist.

I'm a DG fan from the beginning. Any other year he'd be walking away with it. Adam is the best though, indisputable (although I was hoping that Allison would sing the song that Adam did and I'm not crazy about the second half of his version).

That said, AI is not a talent contest with the one with the most votes winning every time. It is a business, a franchise. I am not certain that the producers will entrust their "American Idol" franchise to a raunchy drag queen. The potential image dangers are too deep.

I've been a fan of Danny since day one, and I do wish Allison had done better last night.

I don't see Adam as 'a raunchy drag queen', as you do, tho we do agree he is the best. I would happy with Danny, Adam or Allison winning.. and Kris is really getting my attention too.
