I am far past the obligation, to bow down to my local GOP authority. I believe they are part of the problem that needs to be shed. We are far stronger in our support, to the constitution, to listen to these jackasses. Family first, all others second. Traitors require immediate attention.

I agree. Most politicians, even Republicans, are bought,
and are obligated to someone, or to some organization, and
are only interested in the agendas of those who control
them. Whores, the lot of them, and are not to be trusted.
I understand that you are frustrated with your local party. That is why I suggested changing it...inside out. They are not an authority...they, local GOP, are simply a bunch people who are working together. They put out an agenda, vote on it, edit it, vote again...decide it is final etc. They are mostly unpaid volunteers.
Do you know them? Have you ever met them? Around here, TX, there are meetings every week. There is a LOT of anger and frustration. They want to be part of the solution just like you.
Think about it. Sure your family is first...but if you want to affect change for your family and the next generation and the generation after that, you need to consider working with a team. The GOP has already got structure, money, buildings, leases, phones, volunteers etc. That is a great start to your change agenda...a lot of resources all set up and ready to go...compare that with starting from scratch on a new party or a new group of any kind...it takes a lot of time to get that type of resources together and organized. If you and 10 like thinking buddies all join in and work together, the next thing you know...that evil local GOP party...is your party...the resources are ‘yours’...the volunteers are lining up to call and spread the news...your news...your agenda is voted in...money is directed to your candidates. This is how it works. The people there are not really evil...they are working for what they believe or have been taught to believe...no different that you and in reality...their agenda and yours are probably a lot more congruent than you think!
