Kinda.
Each week it’s the top girl, top guy, and the top vote-getter (male or female).
Then the wildcard is just whoever.

Will they have 6 girls and 6 guys in the top 12 or will it actually be from the votes?Good question. There's a guy and a girl from each group of twelve, including the Wild Card round, so that makes 4 guys and 4 girls in the Top 12. It might be lopsided one way or the other instead of an even split.
