Google it. It’s got tons of health benefits. But it has to be virgin coconut oil. The processed stuff is just goop. It’s kind of weird because it’s solid and really easily goes liquid. It should smell and taste like coconut.

So far, I did a deep conditioning on my hair with it and like I said, it’s softer and really, really shiny. I just slopped some on and left it on overnight. Then in the morning, I rinsed it out with diluted apple cider vinegar and washed/conditioned like normal. I noticed a difference right away.

I also used it as a moisturizer on my legs and arms. Amazing results. My legs are normally always a little dry and this time of year they are super dry. After using the coconut oil for 4 days I notice a total difference. I’m stunned. I have not had results this good with expensive lotions. I have couple of scars that I swear are already getting lighter.

Supposedly, there are more benefits if you ingest it (cook veggies in it, etc) but I don’t know if I’m just a non-creative cook or what, because I can’t figure out how to work it in.
