Another blow to the “Noble Savage” concept, which seems to be the product of that European white guy, Rousseau.

It seems most of the highly accomplished Indian civilization never got the word on what they were “sposed to be.”

On the other hand, how did they get those huge stone blocks to fit together so precisely in Peru, far more precisely than the blocks of the pyramids?

And what about those “flying cars” in the Celtic legends and the pictures of men and dinosaurs in the same scenes?

Every find is fascinating.

The Moche produced beautiful artwork but they were particularly nasty and twisted. Their artwork includes quite graphic and detailed story boards about their sacrificial ceremonies which (of course) archaelogists interpreted as “mythological” until they found the graves of the people depicted in the artwork and the remains of some of the victims butchered as depicted in the art. The archaeologists refer to the main spider-like Moche deity as “the decapitator”. That should tell you a lot of what you need to know about the Moche.

We have little room to talk what with the gladiatoral games, Spanish inquisition, Salem witch trials, Holocaust, Holodomor, killing fields, lynch mobs, abortion, and so on.

Everyone sins, regardless of culture, ethnicity, or religious affiliation, I doubt God is impressed by anyone’s civilization.
