If he’s not constitution, he’s not constitution, He may be the leader (in the end) and we are commanded to pray for him (1 Tim Ch 2), however he wouldn’t be “President” in the strictist sense, he’d be merely “ruler” or “leader”..I have no idea the constitutional implications/..and it is likely congress wouldn’t do anything about it!
