All of the 'cosmopolitan republicans' (Frum Brooks etc) all feel that there is no constituency for small government. Well there he is ... he's a plumber from Ohio.

There are many, many more "Joe the plumbers" out here, and we're everywhere. Joe the Plumber is a Reagan Republican - like many of us, he wants the government off his back and out of his wallet. He, myself, and countless others are sick of this increasingly socialist government. The media and the left hate us. The right often ignores us. But there are more of us than there are of them, by a long shot.
