Ah...I didn’t read carefully enough.

Although there are VGA to s-video connectors, I think the signal actually has to be converted to go from VGA to what you’d need. Probably a converter box or a TV-out card of some sort. Outside the realm of my experience, for sure.

And I’m realizing I wasn’t using the right terms earlier, anyhow. Should have said s-video to RCA. Not that it matters, considering that was a useless suggestion...

Well, I really appreciate you trying anyway!

I figure even if I have to eventually pay for some sort of 100 dollar converter or something, it’s only the equivalent of 3 months of cable and I don’t even want cable. I figure between the things I can download from places like Hulu and my Netflix movie downloads, and my digital converter box for local news and such...I’ll have more than enough to watch and can watch when I want!

It sure would be nice if I could just use a little $5 cable, though. Ha!
