The new season of America's Next Top Model will include Isis, the show's first transgender contestant.
"My cards were dealt differently," Isis, 22, told Us. The aspiring model is from Prince George's County, Maryland, and describes herself as "a woman born physically male."

What if Isis has partial androgen insensitivity syndrome. That does raise some interesting questions. If Isis had complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, she would without question be a woman. How do we decide in the case of partial androgen insensitivity syndrome?

Isis has no no brow ridge or bossing on the forehead. The eye sockets look round. The chin is small and pointed.
Men usually have a brow ridge and bossing of the forehead. The eye sockets are more square. The chin is large and a blunted wedge, with a cleft in the center.
