I made 11 bullets to test at the range today then we can go assembly style.

sweet... itsuh good call loading just a few tuh make sure you've got the right seating depth and crimp... made the mistake when I first started of loading 500 rds that "looked" good, but didn't chamber...

I love our location, because I can load up a mags werth, take 8 steps to the door and rip'em off to see if they are correct...

The guy who runs our favorite gun shop gave Talon two little buckets of 45 brass

yup... yer turnin'intuh brass rats... what size buckets?... you may be thru 'em sooner than you think...

Afternoon ALL -

Testing firing a small lot is always a good idea. Checking overall length is important too. There is a lot a variables to keep track of when you’re reloading. But it is relaxing and great way to save money.

The first 11 9mm did not cycle the slide :P

The second 50 .45 are failing to go all the way to battery about every 4th or 5th round.

I know the cause of the first problem but am not sure yet what to do about the second.
