Mine too. He was better than I expected. The audience actually laughed at his jokes.
Obama's schtick, I think, is wearing thin. There were a few cheers from the audience when he appeared, but nothing remotely close to the noise generated by the Monchichi or David Cook fans.
And fly-over country, which makes up the largest chunk of Idol's audience, probably didn't appreciate seeing him (or Hillary) either.
The huge flag didn't help either. For most politicians it's a standard prop when they're on stage...for Obama as soon as he came on it was the first thing I saw and the first thing I thought was Rev Wright saying "G.D.America". He's never gonna live that down.
