I have been trying non stop (except the last 20 minutes) and I still haven’t gotten through like you guys.
I bet so. I listen back to it on headphones and David C was on melody clear in his singing notes and he didn’t miss any chord changes on guitar. He was very in tune with the band. I am not sure where Randy and Simon was coming from.
The lines have really opened up the last half hour.

My daughter was in the Idol audience tonight. She said David A was just phenomenal. She has never been a David A fan.

David Cook in Round Three did a beautiful rendition. It was very touching, and the pace of the song and vocal changes were managed so artistically, it is the sort of song I would want to listen to while driving in my car off to Monterey on my day off. Wonderful.

My cell phone battery just died. I think I voted 100+ times. Now I know how the Ashley Ferls of the world feel on AI voting nights.
i’ve now voted so many times that the numbers and letters have worn off my phone. i’m not even sure what i’m dialing anymore. last call, someone picked up and started talking in Chinese. I’m pretty sure she understood I was calling to vote for David Cook. Either that or I’m getting number 5 special with eggroll. That should sit well with the ice cream.

Look, I’m a Beatles fan. Don’t like how lefties use this song, but it is a great song. Lennon did it wonderfully.
