Gardengirl, you are making me hungry. I have to go out to the post office and drug store and by golly, I am stopping at McDonald’s and splurge my calories on a hot caramel sundae! Yum.....my mouth is watering, just like the skies outside!!
Enjoy your sundae! Good thing there’s no DQ or Mickey D’s anywhere close! We live about ten miles out of town, and I won’t make a trip just for something like that. Have to go another five or ten miles beyond that—we’ve got several restuarants in town but not mush in the way of deserts. One place has this really good tiramisu...
What kind of kitten were you/P Missy looking for? Haven’t had a cat for a long time, but I do love my mutleys! Had a gray tiger when I was little named Katy. Had a light tan/tiger striped after I got married named GArfield, and a bright orange DLH poofball named Darby. Animals can be such a pain, but the comfort far outweighs the trouble!

Thanks for the chocolate! i’ll take it. Good thing it’s almost time for the Easter bunny because I’m almost out of choc.
I usually work @ 45 hours a week. With spring, the garden center kicks in and I’ll be working 60+. It’s like Christmas eve at Walmart—only it lasts for months! :)
We are going to the shelter today.
PrissyMissy would like an orange or a white kitten. She has had 3 .... I hate the heartache that will come when we lose another. She had two tigers and one gray, black and white.
Hubby will not have a housecat. He doesn’t mind if the kitty/cat comes in to play for awhile but then it is time to go out.
We live in the country but in recent years our road has gotten very busy.
We will make a bed and put a litter box in the garage. We will lock the kitten in except during the day when it can either go outside or come in the house for awhile. I pray that this will help.
I thought that Marissa’s heart would break when we lost Milo.
I’ll be gone for awhile .... we are off to the SPCA.
Hope we find the perfect kitten. : ^ )

Stupid animals! I say that with the utmost affection! Jack London called it right—love curses. In a perfect world, critters we love would live as long as we do. I grieve for all mine, and will when the time comes that I lose the ones I ahve now. Lost a Dalmation in 95 and I still miss that stupid dog. Still can’t talk about her without crying. Broke my heart when she died and I vowed to never have another. That lasted about a year. :( /:)Very seldom in my life have I been without an animal companion of some sort.

I got the sundae and have already inhaled it. Those little things just cost $1.00...cheap. Full of calories. I don’t do it often. (just keep ice cream in the freezer)! Now, I am going to take a rest/nap!
I hate the kitty can’t live in the house! I just feel they should be part of the family. Is hubby allergic or just doesn’t care for animals? Our animals always ruled us and the house and cats are so clean!
Gardengirl, I Lost my Sweet Kitty, named Fang-Face, a Few Years Ago, and still Miss him So Much. :( They Sure Find a Lasting Place in our Hearts.

Good for you! We have a kind of ice cream here called Blue Bunny. They have a variety called Happy Birthday. OH MY GOSH! They used to have one called Triple Raspberry Treat or something like that. Vanilla ice cream with raspberry jelly swirls and little pieces of choc filled with raspberry. I could eat the whole carton.

Hate chores, too! :) If I ever get semi-wealthy, I am going to have a housekeeper! LOve a clean house—I jsut want good fairies or elves or someone else to do the work!
