The Dragonflies'Lair ~ Thread XLIX~

My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Hope that your legs get better and that you are able to relax and drift off to slumberland.

Legs fine, it the %%$$##@@ knees that are making life
such a ‘Pillaramic Packaloomer’ sort of day!

I’ll be asleep in a few hours, right now working on a new book (Oh like that’s a surprise) Smoking a ‘Gold & Mild’ Cigar (Made with pipe tobacco) And sipping a nice chilled Zinfindal as I scribe immortal words fit for Dunny Wrap.

Nope!

I never race unless it involves engines, transmissions, tire smoke, and loud exhausts.

“We should start betting pool how long before over and under tomkow “borrow” the new Russia president personal stash of Vodka”

OK,I’ll take the sixth day after he comes to power, Tomkow will need to arrange a flight to move the vodka stash and that will take a bit of time.

Well, I’m off to bed, getting up at 5am to get down the coffee shop for a day of writing, so later one and all, good night.
