My neighbor said their washer was on its last legs, and they planned to get a new one this summer. I figure my old one will last them that long; it hasn’t been leaking since Vasily reglued the gaskets a couple weeks ago!
I got the front-loading washer and a new dryer. They’re complex and electronical; I’ll be celebrating the New Year by reading the instructions :-).

Well, I’m sure they give you plenty of service. Watch your water and power bills for the next couple of months to see how they differ with the new appliances.
